Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, and
Cancellations
- All gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.
- The value of the gift certificate will be reduced by 50% if an
appointment was made and not cancelled within 24 hours (48 hours for
spa packages).
- Spa packages can not be split. the package must be used in its
entirety in one day.
- Gift certificates for a particular service or package can
be traded for other services based on the cash value of the
certificate.
- All no shows will be charged at full value.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Smoking
To ensure a
healthy environment for our clients, smoking is
not permitted.

Check-in
We have designed our scheduling to ensure enough time has been set
aside for your service(s). Your punctuality is greatly
appreciated. For spa services, check-in time is 30 minutes
prior to the service.

Change or select a Staff
We feel a change in style or stylist can be refreshing. As
a team, we work together to provide you with the best service.
Feel free to make appointments with other staff members any time you
wish.

Children in the Salon
Children are welcome when receiving services. For the
safety of children not receiving services, parental supervision is
required in the waiting area.

Loss or Damages
We regret we cannot be responsible for losses or damages to
personal articles, including clothing and/or accessories.

Guarantees
Please note that Images by Christy Salon and Day Spa cannot
guarantee our services if they have been altered at another
facility. We guarantee our services within 48 hours of a
haircut, one week of a color, and two weeks of a hair perm or relaxer.

Pricing
Due
to the fast pace of the Salon and Spa industries, all prices are
subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide
you the most accurate, up-to-the-day information. Despite our best
efforts, a small number of the services on our web site may be mis-priced
In the event a service is listed at an
incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical
error, Images by Christy shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any orders placed for the service listed at the incorrect
price.
- If an item’s correct price is higher than
our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you
of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of
course, have an opportunity to purchase the service at the
correct price, if you so wish.

A Series Purchase (Nails, Facials, and Massages)
In
order to give our clients the discount on all products for any series purchase,
services need to be rendered in the allocated time
frame.
If
services are not rendered within the time frame allocated, the
remaining services will voided.

As with all service industries, gratuities are greatly
appreciated. A typical gratuity is 15% - 20%.
